Q.

Only 25 gms increased in 13 days what should I do to increase my 3 month old weight ? Please suggest

A. It should be hundred grams in a weeks approximately 4 to 500 g in a month which should be somewhere around 1200 g to 1500 g in three months so if your child is not giving sufficient weight gain as of now I believe you should start giving formula feeding as well
