one strong object fell on my son's head and he got small cut on his head in hair area and started to bleed little and it stopped...while crying he vomited once...then we took to 24hrs hospital...they told it's a small wound so apply betadine ointment it will get fine.... after that he pooped once and it was yellow watery poop... next day morning it was yellow watery poop again...he dint eat properly tat day fully...now again while having dinner he vomited once and again yellow watery poop....is it due to that head injury or some other reason...he is having little cold too...pls clear
