One month ago my son got an injection on thigh. Now at that point It got a tender lump . Where the needle went in that area got bluish. He is now 16 Months old now, pls suggest any remedy.

A. if it is not paining then no treatment is required for it and it will improve on its own but if it is paining then medical examination will be required for the child
