On my 3 year old sons neck, there are some som ball type things. I think it's nerves tangled. should I go to a doctor

A. it may beany lymph node .Any doctor prefebly a pediatrician should examine the baby for proper treatment and so for this you should visit the doctor near by for management. No any self medicine should be given to baby .
