Q.

On first cry Q&A some dr. recommend buffalo milk before 1 year and some Dr. say no for both cow and buffalo milk before 1 year. WHat should be done?

A. Your question is very correct but there are so many personal opinions of different people but according to scientific research cows milk should not be given below 12 months as it can cause allergy and it’s very poor in iron and vitamin C as well Buffalo milk half diluted can be given below 1 year of age

A. Hello dear parent! Better to avoid giving outside milk before one year completion as it is high in protein and can upset your child’s digestion. If you are still concerned better consult your child’s doctor for further advice. Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all day. Good luck and take care.
