not eating well and not sleeping well

Since your child is not eating well and that is why your child is not sleeping well you have to see the correlation between two things if you are sufficiently full you sleep well and say opposite opposite for the child till the time your child is not going to eat well this problem is going to persist you have to make sure that your child eats well and proper proper food should be should be consumed
