Q.
nonu some time response in the sound on utensil drops and baloon brust but some time didn't response in chutki and clap sound when in sleep is all ok

More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this

Yes Season your child is only newborn child you have not mentioned the age of the child so I would just say after the age of three months a child is going to respond to most of the sound as of now they cannot see anything but they can hear the sound so they feel something is really loud for them then they give a response to that
