Need to wash before every feed? If we were applied borolin antiseptic ayurvedic cream for nipples?

A. Is of course not edible so you will have to clean it properly so you can apply Boroline but you will have to clean it every time and if you’re applying something Ayurvedic and if it is then you don’t have to clean it otherwise it is always better to do so
