namaste dr.mera beta 7 months ka ho gya h kya aab muze cow milk dena start kar dena chahiye aur me usko solid me kya kya de sakti hu please suggest me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. cows milk not adjusted by the baby should not give it unless baby completes one year of age you can give complementary foods to the baby till then along with formula milk

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! As baby is 7 months old cow/buffalo or packet milk is not suggested now , start from one year onwards.
Feed formula milk if you have low milk supply.
Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes - Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo puriee, Steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple, pumpkin, sooji, Dalia, oats porridge/kheer, cerelac (Home made), idly are suggested twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
