Mycrocytic hypochromic anaemia with few reactive lymphocytes.reactive thrombocytosis.explain this report pls. ( 10 month old baby blood test report)

A. Hello dear parent The child is having iron deficiency anemia and looks like the child Is having viral infection and that’s why the reactive lymphocytes are there. Consult your doctor
