Okay so irritation sometimes could be due to when the area is not clean properly to maintain proper hygiene and clean into the vagina area of your child otherwise sometimes it could be due to a minor infection so it would be better that you first clean that area and apply coconut oil if you feel that the irritation is there then that case check with your doc
