Along with include 5 to 6 boil drumsticks everyday 2 times. And also give fruits like papaya, pomegranate, musambi. And include vegetables like boil papaya, give vegetables salad. And give protein rich foods like include egg, fish, chicken, chickpeas, soybeans.

Ensure good amount of protein in diet like milk, paneer. egg, fish, soya chunks
Give enough vegetables, fruits, almonds walnuts
Avoid sugar, junk, bakery products
Give turmeric milk with ginger daily
