A. Hello your ideal body weight depends on several things like ht, age, medical condition etc you need to have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients and regular exercise of about atleast 1hr

Hello mam if your weight is 69 kgs that’s fine but what is your query related to eat you feel you are overweight and you need to lose down your weight or what I mean you have not posted anything clearly along with your weight so I am sorry I will not be able to help you with it further.
