My two year old toddler doesn't wears head cap in winter and then she has runny nose and cough.

Don’t go for a woollen cap for a regular cotton cap because sometimes woollen is very irritating for them and they do not like to wear it and if you want to wear something you should wear and say I am wearing it I am not feeling cold and very happy so you know just trying to copy you maybe your child is going to do what you want them to do but prefer using a cotton cap
