sometimes this can continue for one year of age also.
it usually occurs due to the distentionz of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child.
the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is cryingz
if you feel that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination.

This is completely normal and common with kids doctor say while urinating or while pooping if the child cries it is completely normal normal but if you say that the child is having too much of discomfort or any rash or any issue then you check with your doctor
