My two and half year old baby swallowed half of a pistachio shell. what should I do please help.

If you don't find any weird happening like continuous coughing or difficulties in his throat or any other abnormalities then u need not worry, the shell will pass through the digestive tract and come out in the poop. If it got stuck in the throat or esophagus or respiratory tract u will know it through any unusual child's behaviour. In that case u need to see the doctor immediately. Otherwise don't worry. Just keep watching him.
