Brozeet is a very good medicine for this issue you can go ahead with giving that as of now to the child further more it’s Mausi Ji to weather change as well which Apni quite a lot with the kids these days so I would recommend you to kindly check it up with your paediatrician as well if there any other medicine doctor would like to advise a devil suggest you accordingly
