Q.
My toddler is 1 year old. His paedetrician is advising not to give cow milk before 2 year. But I make paneer and curd out of it. But for giving only milk, If I don't use cow milk, which milk can I give him?

It’s not a problem if you want to give only dairy products to the child made out of cows milk if your doctor is advising you know for cows milk probably it is just because they do not want you to give it for direct consumption but giving other dairy products with cows milk is completely fine
