my toddler 4 years old, she got this type of bumps in her knees , elbows, buttocks place . what's this,is it any mosquito bite or something insect bite.

It is either an allergy or an infection you need to have an assessment with your doctor in order to have better clarity and once you are very certain about what maybe the situation the doctors will be able to help you and guide you with the right treatment for your child
