My three months old got these type of red rashes on cheeks around nose chin and now spreading to forehead since last one week.pls help

A. Hi mommy Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free wash area often with lukewarm Water Maintain hygiene It will correct soon
