My sons upper tooth are discolored and looks dull. Any reason ?? How can that be whitened ?

Aren’t you brushing the teeth of the child you to maintain proper oral hygiene the teeth are really getting spoiled I think it would be good for you to consult your dentist one time as your dentist would be able to give you appropriate help and he is going to tell you the solution what’s meant to be done for the problem that is there as of now
