Q.

My son woke up after a nap with severe headache and 102 fever. He is also passing smelly gas. Please help. Need response from a doctor only.

A. hello dear mom. give ur kid syp crocine 250 mg 4 ml for fever , it will also help to cure headache. offer him lots of fkuids n rest..furtger do consult ur doc
