Q.

My son will be now 12 months old and i want to start milk which he was not having earlier other than bf. i am lactose tolerant. How should I start giving milk to my son. Any proportion or any guidance to introduce milk to him. In the past formula milk never suited him.

A. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quazntity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving . (when you bzoil the animal milk and then cool it you can remove the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk)

A. You can go for animal milk tone pasteurised milk or full clean packet milk at about 20 to 30% of water do I enable all full cream milk add some foods make a full milkshake for the chai pi think that’s going to be one good way to introduce it to do baby
