my son who is 2.8years old is not eating anything.. he is active no change in his other routine. just avoiding food n milk. what cud be the reason

A. Premolars could be coming as that can be one of the biggest reason where your child would not like to eat anything child become really fast during this time due to pain and irritation into the gums so I think that can probably be one big reason behind this behaviour
