My son who is 13 mo keeps waking up every hour at night..not hungry..what to do??

having a bath.
changing into night clothes and a fresh nappy.
putting them to bed.
reading a bedtime story (see more in Baby and toddler play ideas)
dimming the lights in the room to create a calm atmosphere.
giving a goodnight kiss and cuddle.
