my son who is 10 years old have dry scaly skin with a white patch on the eye lid. what could be the reason and how to treat it

Looking like some kind of an allergy but currently I’m just going to recommend you to apply Boroline antiseptic cream onto the area where the dryness is there hopefully over the period things are going to get better you just have to keep applying it regularly with two or three hours difference that is going to be good
