my son weight is not gaining and he is having deficiency of hemoglobin????which medicine should i give?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello father as his hb levels are low he needs to be given iron drops , Consult the paediatrician over it for his dosage as per his readings . That is one of the reason for lack of growth as well
