my son was 5 months 1 day old. he is poop in red colour . any problem

Red Colour quite clearly denotes blood in the stool of your child so I’m going to advise you to get a stool test done or you straight talk to your paediatrician dail advise you which medicine you should be giving it because it is mostly due to some kind of a stomach infection only
