My son was 1 year 3 months old, while walking, he fell down, and his head was hit on the floor. Then he vomited once, Before 15 minutes only I feed him kanji ,Is there anything wrong?

A. Sometimes when kids vomit instantly after getting hurt or maybe after sometime but if the vomiting is more persisting then that can be considered as a sign of an internal injury also so just monitor your child and check with the doctor if required
