my son vihan ram 4 months old now my son weight 4.7 kg his growth development is week .he is active and we'll condition feeding is also good

have frequent skin to skin contact,
at one time feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain
ensure that baby latches properly during breastfeeding.
