My son turn 3 on december 31st..and he can't spell R ex:rishik.... but he tell lishik......... how solve this problem pls tell me......

usually it alright by the time.
so ,as such no need to worry
just don't overreact on it , don't make fun of your child.
and don't talk in baby language with your child.
if possible please keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc
practice Sanskrit Shlokas.
and if condition remains same after age of 5 year,you should consult speech therapist.
