my son suffering from fever I will give ibuprofen and paracetmol suspension syrup. continuely 2 days totally ( 6 time 5ml/ per dose). mam any sideeffect mam

Actually you’re supposed to give it four times in the day with a gap of six hours each and if the fever doesn’t subside maximum within the time of 72 hours and you need to check with your doctor you given medicine on a little higher side can only lead to excessive sleeping
