Q.

My son speaks only 4-5 words and doesnt even try much to talk. He understands well, communicates using fingers and tantrums

A. Hi, please keep trying, give small commands to follow, teach one word by flashcards, use simple language (preferably one language to be used in home). also give ample story time to child. it encourage imagination and vocabulary. reduce screen time, if baby ask something by sign language discourage and tell them to name it or ask for it and then only give. thanks
