My son's urine discharge frequently

If in case only urine frequency is increased with no other complaints it may be due to weather and will get cure itself

it happens because of many reasons like weather change ,more fluid intake or infection.
so , please keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes but please don't overdress your child.
keep your child in well ventilated room.
if your child feels discomfort,pain or has fever and passes urine with foul or fishy smell then you should consult your pediatrician.
