My son's nose area is swollen from past 4 days it was a boil suddenly it has become acute He is 4 yrs old

there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may requirec antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain youc can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
