my son poop is watery soft, how should i treat him

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. You have to understand the reason behind it because if it is watery software like diarrhoea or loose motion case there has to be a reason behind it get examined by the doctor if needed also go for a stool test to understand what is the reason
