my son now 4years old he is not speaking. making gestures. but not have any ear problem. he listening small sound also. speaking few words minimum 10 words. remaing ate making signal form

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you need to consult a speech therapist houses and further you can consult your doctor for more guidance so that doctor can give you proper suggestions about it and accordingly you can follow and strictly maintain good hygiene . . . . . . .
