my son not having foods only depends on milk what I have to do he is 3.5years old plz suggest me????

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you have stop giving to his demands now , otherwise he will never learn on that having too much milk kills hunger and that is what is happening so limiting the milk intake is the best way and prepare a diet schedule for it

avoid bottle feeding
give small frequent meals
encourage feeding by self and along with the family
do not force engage child in loving conversations and stories
