my son krithvik only 16 kg weight, and till teeth didn't fall down, he s 6 years and 8 months old, he s active but frequently he fell down , then he is not took care for studies

you can wait till then but visit a dentist for routine dental examination which is mandatory every 6 months
studies are important but if your child is active in everything else and doing studies to get normal marks there is nothing to worry about in this
maybe your child is having interest in other things
