my son just completed 1 yr. from starting, i am giving Kidrich vit D3 to him. now, after 1 yr, vit d3 will continue to give or not? if not , then what is the alternative for vit D3?

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Burp well after every feeding
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
