Q.
my son jeyavardhan is 3years 9 months old.. he is not growing and he's height is too low. so what can I do for increasing my son's height and also what type of food is giving to my son for increasing growth..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. most of the times the height and weight of the baby will be having genetic predisposition it is better to give all seasonal fruits and vegetables good protein diet for proper weight and 2 physical exercises also exposure to sunlight can help

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and baby height is mainly depends upon the genes of a baby and also evaluate once with doctor and ask for food supplements and vitamins and also give baby eggs chicken cheese ragi fish soaked nuts and fresh fruits and vegetables.
