my son is two year old weighs 10 kg . how much dose paracetamol dose can I give?

Hello ma’am In general for a two-year-old child the dosages 2 ML and are mostly it has got nothing to do with weight still I would advise you to go for 1.5 ML twice a day and if needed just to consult your paediatrician ones for some another medication and dosage and try to work upon your child’s weight because your child is quite underweight as per the age
