my son is ten months old and he is teething,he bit my right nipple,it is very painful,there is a small wound there and little discharge too,what should I do please help

A. apply breastmilk over nipples before feeding sessions and use nipcare ointment after feeding sessions. make sure baby is latching well. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. offer chilled teethers
