my son is suffering from fever from last 48hr..I had visited pediatrics he suggested fepanil drops & Clamp 1ml every 6 hrs..but still fever is 103. we did blood test covid test urine test..all test are normal...we are not able to understand what should I do pls suggest. 48 hr before my leg for slipped when my son is in my hand..we both fall down to floor but I tried alot to save him..after that I checked no Physical injury.. doctor also checked...but by that time he became dull.. suffering fever..pls help
