U Give continuous what is water to the child also I’m just going to advise you that you should focus on giving good amount of liquid buttermilk coconut water soups juices reasons can be given to the child right now these are going to be fruitful and continue giving good amount of water if the fever is still not subsiding then go ahead with doing cold sponging regularly
