my son is suffering from cough n cold since few days and was taking medicine for the same, but from today morning ge got fever which was 100.4 . Gave him paracetamol 250mg thrice today but still his fever is 100.3.He is not eating anything well. plz suggest what to do n what to feed him?

U Give continuous what is water to the child also I’m just going to advise you that you should focus on giving good amount of liquid buttermilk coconut water soups juices reasons can be given to the child right now these are going to be fruitful and continue giving good amount of water if the fever is still not subsiding then go ahead with doing cold sponging regularly
