my son is still on breast feed at 18 months of age.. is it ok? how should i stop him?

As per Dr you can easily continue breastfeeding the child after the age of two years but this is a good time for you to introduce any complimentary feeding to the child because when you decide to quit slowly and then it would be easier for you because if you suddenly try to quit and in it would be difficult so you can start the process as of now
