Q.

my son is speaking a lot without meaningless. moreover whatever I spoke repeat the word as I spoke like Talking Tom. is it a problem or normal one

A. I really cannot be sure about it little better to take a full assessment of you of your child with the doctor then only you can rather be more sure about it she Joseph to go out with a consultation to have a better clarity on the issue
