my son is pooping 4-5 times in a day.. oftently while feeding he passes Gas N poops.. is this normal?

A. this is Normal and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any shtuch kind of query so that anything should not be missed . so a proper examination can be done just to rule out any other possibility ...
