Q.
my son is of 5months and will turn 6 in next 15 days. since last few weeks he is not sleeping well at night which otherwise he used to do earlier.being a working mom it gets difficult. Please suggest steps to change his routine or ideas to make him sleep more at night.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern inititally which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with nyfo irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
