my son is of 5months and will turn 6 in next 15 days. since last few weeks he is not sleeping well at night which otherwise he used to do earlier.being a working mom it gets difficult. Please suggest steps to change his routine or ideas to make him sleep more at night.

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern inititally which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with nyfo irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
