Q.

my son is of 3 years. he is facing a problem of speech delay. he speak words like wash, counting from 1 to 30 but not able to say his name. he is too choose during eating time. he do not respond when someone ask him the questions.

A. hello most baby will be able to speak sentences with two words or three words at age 2 and can be delayed in some kids and encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and also check with your doctor if spee h therapy is needed and he can advise you accordingly
